After the terrible customer service I now refuse to walk into this store. I will now only shop online or in Melbourne stores. Head office & Regional Managers need to have a serious look into the toxic culture of this store. Multiple visits the Manager is often dismissive, rude or just ignores you. Younger staff are usually nicer and more helpful. The latest staff member that I’ve dealt with was full of disdain before she even spoke to me. My wife wanted bed linen for Mother’s Day so I went to Adairs. After wandering around pretending to know what I was looking at, as males do, I had absolutely no idea what I was looking at!! Karen was on to me and her assistance was fantastic. Such a wonderful lady and such a fantastic sense of humour as well. After telling Karen what I was after she was wonderful in helping me. Firstly let me say I love my couch , it is gorgeous and it is heavy , this I found out when the couch was left on my front verandah last Friday, with no knowledge that the couch was to be delivered this day, only that order had been manifested ( whatever that means)We were alerted by our security camera and watched the couch being left on the verandah we arrived home and we wondered how to get this thing inside lets just say we are in the wrong side of 60 and I have had a spinal fusion .
