I recently bought sheets for my bed / cloud doubles at your establishment and after washing them they become over large and difficult to use because they now not fit properly I would appreciate your attention to this matter
After the terrible customer service I now refuse to walk into this store. I will now only shop online or in Melbourne stores. Head office & Regional Managers need to have a serious look into the toxic culture of this store. Multiple visits the Manager is often dismissive, rude or just ignores you. Younger staff are usually nicer and more helpful. The latest staff member that I’ve dealt with was full of disdain before she even spoke to me. My wife wanted bed linen for Mother’s Day so I went to Adairs. After wandering around pretending to know what I was looking at, as males do, I had absolutely no idea what I was looking at!! Karen was on to me and her assistance was fantastic. Such a wonderful lady and such a fantastic sense of humour as well. After telling Karen what I was after she was wonderful in helping me.
