Fabulous. Called to find 2 Soccer Ball quilts. The girls looked for them found two and let me know they would hold. Drove to Sylvia Park. The counter girls were expecting me. They brought them out and checked I was a Linen Lover. I got the sale price which was amazing. I was looked after professionally from start to finish. I find it is really worth being a Linen Lover. The sales are excellent.
Travelled a long way to visit the store but didn't have any of the items I was looking for and other storage items were so limited there was no choice and I didn't buy anything. I was obviously disappointed at wasting my time and it showed. The staff were helpful though and I thought they were fine.
Couldn't speak more highly of the service we received from Lauren yesterday. My mum and I are regular customers at Adairs Sylvia Park and the service is generally pretty ok, but Lauren really is a standout retail assistant. She was on her way out for a break but stopped to help us and nothing was a problem. We were there for some time and walked out with several items. Very informative, warm and professional. Thanks again for a great shopping experience which is hard to find these days.
