Abbie and the team at Adairs Rosebud were amazing today. Cheerful, informative and very helpful - particularly with the sale items and what could be included. Actually made shopping for linen a pleasant experience! 5 stars!
Staff probably need to be a little friendlier and sales focused when they are selling pillows for $120 each. Not a great asset for Adair’s.
Love adairs but everytime I've visited Rosebud store, all staff remind me of Prue and Trude . Very unpleasant customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Adairs Rosebud Friday the 3rd Nov. The older lady working there seemed completely uninterested in serving us. She rushed us through the shop and was incredibly rude. When I asked for assistance in purchasing a quilt for my 9-year old son and inquired about the best option within my budget, she didn't seem to care at all about pricing.
