I felt disrespected , two racist women at the customer service made me feel that I am not welcomed . I wanted to purchase a robe which they told I am not allowed to check the size. Store owners should check who they are hiring and atleast have little customer services skills. Not recommended.
I visited my favourite Adairs store at Brandsmart today and so happy with my purchases. I wasn't able to obtain the pieces I wanted online (in fact, they weren't even listed) or through the major stores. I walked away with more than I planned today at crazy low prices!! The assistance offered by Sophie coupled wth her product knowledge was truly outstanding. I would best describe this store as a hidden gem!! Wonderful shopping experience . Love coming to adairs Brandsmart. Staff Viki and Sophie are wonderful and helpful.
We found lovely bargains and the shop is very easy to find. We come to brand smart just for this shop. The assistants were fabulous!!
