Omg seriously the middle-aged shop lady, you dont have rights to treat customers like this way. I was looking for my baby’s cot coverlet. I asked her to find what I needed but she treated me like Im an invisible and served two other ladies while I was waiting. I asked her Did you find it and she said like I am talking this customer? Well I was there first? Terrible customer service, I would never spend my money here, NEVER.
Wrinkly, middle-aged woman refused to acknowledge our presence in the store and looked irritated. After 5 minutes of browsing, we received “Do you need any help?” in an annoyed voice. Funny enough, a blonde woman was immediately greeted when she walked in after us. Smells like discrimination to me 🤷♀️
