I’ve been waiting over a month for my order. Unacceptable.
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by a grown woman Renatta. Helensvale homeworld lost a loyal customer today. Your company has no area manager available to handle my complaint. Let me just say You never tear another woman down publicly as you did to me today. When you are at work your job is to treat customers with respect and friendly. Yelling out loud your opinion is far from professional service.

Horrible customer service from online team. Waiting now over 9 business days for my online order to be shipped. Contacted Adairs who said warehouse was busy which is a them problem. Said the order would be sent that day but still no update. Said they would said a $10 gift card which also hasn’t arrived. And then abruptly ended the online chat when I hadn’t finished my query.
