Worst customer service. All online and online robot is hopeless. Super frustrating when I had an issue with an e-gift card for a large amount of money. Had to wait was it until Monday for a reply.
All the flannelette sheets I’ve ordered the past few months have very awful odor. They are way more smelly than all my ex’es armpits combined. Please talk to your suppliers because I don’t understand how it could happen if they were made & stored properly. Here’s some of them I put in my balcony to air it out but it’s been weeks and it’s still stinky. Looks like it needs to be washed 5x before I can use them.
I’ve been waiting over a month for my order. Unacceptable.
