I injured my back back in April lifting weights and worked with a chiropractor for weeks seeing little results. Coincidentally, I had a trip to Japan booked in May and decided to try acupuncture right off the plane and it saved my trip. After experiencing a prolonged period of post viral fatigue I found Masayuki Adachi. From the first appointment he listened carefully to my concerns and my health goals. His kind and gentle manner immediately put me at ease. He is a skilled practitioner and uses needling, shiatsu and Chinese herbs to effect improvement. An excellent acupuncturist. I was happy when Masa quickly and accurately identified areas for improvement and underlying issues during my first session, and adjusting treatment as needed during subsequent one. I initially took on 10 sessions and have just scheduled 10 more. Masa is thoughtful, communicative and transparent, and I feel restored after years of not knowing where chronic issues stemmed from.
