I injured my back back in April lifting weights and worked with a chiropractor for weeks seeing little results. Coincidentally, I had a trip to Japan booked in May and decided to try acupuncture right off the plane and it saved my trip. After experiencing a prolonged period of post viral fatigue I found Masayuki Adachi. From the first appointment he listened carefully to my concerns and my health goals. His kind and gentle manner immediately put me at ease. He is a skilled practitioner and uses needling, shiatsu and Chinese herbs to effect improvement. I am feeling much better with improved energy and better sleep after several sessions. I highly recommend Masa and look forward to continuing care with him.

Adachi-sensei is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain why/how placing needles in one part of the body will work on another. I needed treatment for back pain and he looked at the whole body alignment and why I was having back pain. Sessions are very relaxing and I usually doze off during the treatment.
