Folks, this company, by law, is supposed to be an independent, unbiased appraiser of vehicle damage and repair costs right but instead of being honest and fair, they will always do and say what the auto insurance companies tell them to do and say, which makes sense as that is who pays their salaries (100% paid for by insurance companies).
