Very horrible this lady is very hard to get contact with she monitor her calls I learned the hard way so I'm just trying to warn others don't make the same mistake I did go to a real dealer she is a sham she wait until you almost done with your payments then she repo your car so you have to pay more but good thing is I kept all receipts now I have to go through the courts with this but this is a warning DONT DEAL WITH THIS LADY
