ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST BUSINESS IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN EFFINGHAM! Called over 3 times over the course of 4 weeks to get an ETA on a varsity jacket for my son. The Woman who runs the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE and rushed me through the entire conversation. Lastly I was told that the Embroidery woman would pick the jacket up on a Friday and drop the jacket off by the following Thursday. They do amazing work! Debbie is creative and can take an idea and make it happen. Her and her workers are professional, quick and produce high quality work. Thank you again for making our golf towels look so fantastic!!! You are the best!!!
