The company could communicate with its customers. I sent emails regarding a large order with no response from them. I finally called and was told some items were not available. They sent what they had available to me and they still have not refunded the money from the unavailable items. The quality of the beads not that great.
RecommendedI have been in MANY beads stores in my day, but this one is hands down the most extensive that I’ve ever seen. High quality beads. I made multiple trips on one vacation alone. Super friendly and helpful♥️

Love their stones! Great service. I've not been unhappy with their merchandise, yet. I've ordered quite a few different hemdyone beads. And, they ate all beautiful.
I go here for all my beads! They have a very large selection of natural stones and prices are decent - you get WAY. More for your dollar than in other craft stores. Staff is very knowledgeable about different types of stones and always helps me identify ones I don't know.
Fantastic shop for natural gems, stones, beads. They are knowledgable and very helpful!
