The only therapy appointment that I have ever had where I didn't feel pressed for time. We did deep work. Lani is a great hypnotherapist. Highly recommend.

I have only just been introduced to Astra Awakening. I won an introductory session in a raffle and and was not sure of what to expect. I was happily surprised in meeting and talking to Lani. I would highly recommend giving it a try if you are remotely interested.

I’ve been to a lot of therapists before—some were helpful, some weren’t—but Lani is on a whole different level. There’s something so real and grounding about her energy. Just hearing her voice makes me feel safe, and somehow, she always knows how to get to the root of what’s really going on. I’m honestly so grateful I found her. She’s been a gift 🫶
