I had been wanting to try the salt cave for a long time, and I’m so glad I finally decided to go. I struggle with breathing and sinus issues, so I was hoping it would help. The space is calm and peaceful,, which makes it easy to fully relax during the sessions. I now go almost every day, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my breathing and sinus congestion. I’m really happy I gave it a try.

Always an excellent experience at AcuZen with Dr. Rothman. She’s very patient and listens to concerns to address them immediately. I love going there to relax because I feel calm as soon as I walk in. This is part of my self-care and me time.
