This place was highly unprofessional. When I called in and provided insurance info, they ensured that my insurance did in fact cover the costs of the massage and acupuncture. When I arrived for my appointment, I asked again at the front desk if they are sure I’m covered and they said yes. In the middle of my massage, the clerks come knocking on the door, interrupting to tell me that the massage is not covered by my insurance and I have to pay out of pocket. I went to Dr. Jimmy for good massage but was surprised how effective accupuncture and massage is. He opened my eyes to a whole level of treatment I wasn't aware of. Dr. Jimmy is able to diagnose muscle problems, treat, and cure them. He does excellent work and I highly recommend his services!
