I had an amazing experience with Tatiana! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and truly passionate about her work. (2.5 stars) I came for a hydrafacial. The staff was hospitable and kind, the place was clean; buuut I felt the facial could have been more comprehensive. The suction from the wand didn't feel as deep as other hydrafacials I've had. The suction was fairly weak and there wasn't much serum saturation, with only one pass made. In comparison, other spas have provided stronger exfoliation, more serum application (they would have to “catch” the serum with cotton and tap the serum in), and multiple passes. It was my first time getting hydro facial from them my appointment was at 4 pm but i was late by 10 minutes i tried to call them no of times to see if they can do it or not after calling them 4 times 5th time they answered the phone and said yes we can do it ! they only did 2-3 steps so quickly .suction and spf thats it! At the end the lady told me ohh we have other clients at 5 so i had to complete it quickly like by skiping the steps? i will advise not to visit them .
