They are always professional, prepared, caring, and prompt. They provide excellent, consistent service for their patients. My employer has utilized several different transport companies in the past for our participants but Acute has proven to be the gold standard and the best in the Treasure Valley and across the state and the Northwest. The Acute Rescue team transported my wife home from the hospital yesterday. Clay, Carter and Kyle did an outstanding job handling her. They were very professional, kind, caring and very personable. After 26 years in emergency response, I don’t impress easy—but these folks did. They’ve got the gear, the training, and the attitude… basically everything except a coffee pot big enough for the amount they must drink. Definitely ready when you need them!

I have had to use Acute transport twice now, and each time the experience was extremely positive. On time (actually early), efficient, personable, professional drivers made the ride more than acceptable. Highly recommend. Thanks to Riley and Max, attendant/drivers.
