Had the pleasure of dropping into Acute Hearing in Edmonton yesterday to pick up Phonak hearing aid wax guards. The service provided by the receptionist was way beyond my expectations. She offered to change the receiver o both my model 70 hearing aids, which she did. When I asked how much I owed for the was guards and the replacing the receivers she said I didn't owe anything, just right a review on the website. So here it is!. Very impressed.
