I was having trouble hearing even with hearing aides so I answered a post about free consultation. I went and had ears cleaned out and tests run that showed I needed stronger hearing aides. As I was unable to afford even the lowest price, I was told that I could upgrade the rubber inserts on my aides for $200 which I found outrageous for 2 pieces of rubber. Not happy.
