Absolutely a great thorough and detailed hearing evaluation. Very welcoming upon entrance. The lady that greeted me was very pleasant. We have been going to Acute Hearing for a long time. Dr. Barbara our audiologist is great. He always takes his time during our appointments to answer any questions we have no matter how trivial they may be. Always great visits!
My experience with Acute Hearing was very positive. Dr Barbara was very professional and knowledgeable . Even tho I postponed using hearing aids at this time I will go back when the time is right for me to use hearing aids.
I was having trouble hearing even with hearing aides so I answered a post about free consultation. I went and had ears cleaned out and tests run that showed I needed stronger hearing aides. As I was unable to afford even the lowest price, I was told that I could upgrade the rubber inserts on my aides for $200 which I found outrageous for 2 pieces of rubber. Not happy.
