Pretty disappointing experience. I initially booked via the online booking tool. Turns out this wasn't working as I received a call to rebook - 1st Strike. I exchanged a few msgs and moved my schedule around to accommodate for a booking 2 days later. I arrive at the clinic on time. The door was locked and it was clear no one was there - 2nd Strike. I called through and it was clear that nothing was booked - obviously the msg exchanges weren't handled correctly. They asked for me to wait and they would call back. Waited 5 - 1... read more
Our daughter referred us to Acusum Health, and we are so glad she did. My husband and I have been there a number of times for acupuncture and cupping, and every visit has been an absolutely divine experience. The treatments are carried out with such care and professionalism, leaving us feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and well looked after. I Highly recommended to anyone looking for holistic care and effective treatments there.
Great service. I visited for acupuncture and found it very useful. I was late for a couple of appointments but still but received treatment for the allotted time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it.
I'm so glad I came here . They are genuinely so good . They just don't rush and get it done with but they take proper time to understand the pain points and work on them . Highly highly recommend dr C Chan. She is simply amazing. She knows her stuff so well . I'm really thankful to her for helping me out so nicely with my back pain.
