I came to Acuspirit for first time, had consultation with Stephen about my issue with pinched nerve on side of leg. First session went fine and I felt better but not 100%, went for 2nd session telling him pain was much better but still there. I really regret going my last session where seemed like needles were placed different up high middle and lower back and cupping at the end. 我发现我的评价不见了，因此再次评价作为弥补。 1、之前的评论里，针灸师说到有轻柔的按摩，但我的确没有得到任何按摩，拔了针之后之间就进行了拔罐，拔罐之后就让我起来了，并没有在这些动作之后使用盐袋或者热敷、揉搓什么的缓解肌肉紧张的问题。 2、我在别的诊所能正常使用保险，并不是我的保险公司余额不足或什么问题，而是工作人员表示说没有合作，既然是没有合作为什么把责任推在我买的保险身上？给予我的回复并不符合现实。 3、工作人员只是想我介绍了90元的费用，并没有介绍还有咨询费用，最重要的是：当我反馈这个事实时，工作人员态度恶劣，表示“我们就是这样的”，她的语言和表情都在说：“反正你已经做完了，你必须得付费”，我之所以写评价，最大的原因之一就是工作人员态度很差，非常不耐烦，恶意相对，说我自己不看网页，网页上写得很清楚，我说我当时是打电话过来的询价和预约的，并没有看你们网页，她根本不理会我说的，态度坚硬“我们就是这样规定，第一次115元”
AcuSpirit CLINIC Chilliwack. Steven service is outstanding. He ensures that you are comfortable and relaxed. The Treatment rooms are very clean and comfortable. Privacy is respected at all times.No pressure is forced on clients. Stevens goes out of his way to make you feel a lot better then when you arrived. His staff are trained and also very cooperative to help in anyway. Have been a regular patient with Steven for many years. He is always very attentive to any concerns, questions or comments. His Accupuncture techniques are great!!! Never had an issue and my treatments have always helped maintain many of my issues. Highly recommend Accu-Spirit Chilliwack and Steven. Thanks Rick Kennedy
