here it is fri nov 10th closed, they will be closed tomorrow also .because of veterens day...so now i cant pay bills or cash my check till monday that are due today!! every other bank and credit union is open.
I was at the Acushnet branch today & Jameson is a polite & sweet young man who gave me great service!
Please let me clarify a recent visit to this bank location. The staff is great and extremely friendly. I recently had a couple of issues with cashing and depositing company checks. However, the office manager was quick to contact me in order to address my concerns. She has restored my confidence in the bank. Again I found the teller(s) I work with often to be efficient and friendly.
I’ve had accounts at this location for 25+ years when they were still Acushnet Federal Credit Union. I just had an issue with some fraudulent charges and stopped by to get things sorted. I was greeted by Lynda who has been working at this spot since before TFED merged with AFCU. She sat down with me, helped me ensure I wouldn’t get charged anymore, and even reimbursed some paper statement fees without me asking.
