The banking app barely works. I’ve also had multiple problems over the years with them randomly withdrawing money from me for “charges” that never existed then taking even more money because it then “overdrafted”. Their hours are completely reasonable. The staff is lovley, well almost the whole staff. One woman is quite unprofessional and has yelled at me before because they removed my money from my account. They’re a ok bank, if you have the ability to have random money stolen from you and not have to worry about it.
Don’t recommend this bank to anyone! The manager Holly Raposa is rude and unprofessional. The entire bank is a mess. They take your $ hostage. Been at this bank 29 years and they took out $120 overdraft fee without saying anything! 29 years and I never overdraft so a heads up would be nice. Took all my $ out. Could never ever recommend this bank. What a sad excuse for a small town bank!!
here it is fri nov 10th closed, they will be closed tomorrow also saturday nov 11th .because of veterens day...so now i cant pay bills or cash my check till monday that are due today!! every other bank and credit union is open.
Low balance fee? Into the negative? Absolutely absurd. Terrible bank.
I’ve been banking with AFCU for 20 years. I’ve never had a problem with anything. ATM is on a shared network with other banks so if you just look up which are free you don’t get charged.
