Service staff are professional and friendly. Facility clean and allowed me to relax and use the internet while waiting for my vehicle. The service rep ensured that I was informed all along the visit of the status of my vehicle.
The personal I interacted were not approachable.. I was very disappointed that I left without having my vehicle that I purchased 3 months ago.. I called a Brooklyn located and was treated professionally and my vehicle was service accordingly
