One star. I would not recommend buying a car from Acura of Sherman Oaks. We bought a used 2023 VW Tiguan at a vehicle price of $22,527. During the sales process, we were presented with nearly $10,000 in proposed extras, including Karr, Perma Plate, Lithia Lifetime Oil, and a Zurich service contract. We said we did not want them.
