This place is disgustingly horrible. Never do business with them. Before I bought the car, I made it clear that i was an Arizona resident and would need to Title and and Register it in Arizona and not CA. The understood and agreed. After I signed the contract is when everything changed. First they said they couldn't give me the MSO. Then they said they had to title it in CA. I finally got them to agree to send MSO to Arizona. I just purchased a car from this dealership, and it was a fantastic experience! Hovik and Jasmine were extremely helpful with the entire process and answered every question I had. They took their time to address all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated their positive attitude and kindness. Fast and professional. Unfortunately they don't provide any car loaner any more. Before was the best car dealer, coffee, pastry, car loaner, but now absolutely nothing. Update! Very unprofessional stuff. I called three times to talk with someone from service department, they promised me I will be contacted by the end of the day and after three days nobody called me. Update. They get it done...but it's gonna cost you. Repairs took longer than expected. The UBER rides to and from home to pickup my car was nice, really appreciated. UBER drivers kept me waiting almost 2 hrs...
