I wish there would be a 0 or a -5 star for the review option. I went for a service to this location. My RDX 2019 started to display all the warning lights at the same time. I went to this location for the multi-point inspection. They found the issue: “drivers side intercooler hose has become disconnected from intercooler” First they told me it’s a 3,5 hour work and costs $770. Then they gave me a $110 discount. So $660. I am writing to express my severe disappointment with the service I received for my brand new Acura ZDX. I brought my vehicle in Jun to address a significant issue where the AC was leaking into the cabin. While I appreciate that your team was able to fix the leak, the condition in which my car was returned to me is completely unacceptable. The vehicle was covered in a large number of dead flies.
