had a very disappointing experience at this Acura dealership and feel others—especially parents—should be aware. I brought my vehicle in expecting support under warranty, only to be told it was void after just 13 days. Given that I live an hour away, this felt unreasonable and frustrating. On top of that, I was asked to pay for two separate diagnostic fees, which was never clearly explained or justified. The biggest issue, though, was my trunk. My car is under recall; I’ve gone in three times, yet they still haven't been able to fix it. They keep rescheduling for the next day, say they’ll call back to let me know when to come in, but haven't answered for over two weeks now. I absolutely do not recommend buying anything from this dealership!
