I just purchased a car from this dealership, and it was a fantastic experience! Hovik and Jasmine were extremely helpful with the entire process and answered every question I had. Fast and professional. Unfortunately they don't provide any car loaner any more. Before was the best car dealer, coffee, pastry, car loaner, but now absolutely nothing. Update! Very unprofessional stuff. I called three times to talk with someone from service department, they promised me I will be contacted by the end of the day and after three days nobody called me. Update. They get it done...but it's gonna cost you. Repairs took longer than expected. The UBER rides to and from home to pickup my car was nice, really appreciated. UBER drivers kept me waiting almost 2 hrs...
I have to tell you the customer service at this place was excellent. We are ready to go down and buy an MDX from another dealership but they didn’t have an all-wheel-drive model for us in the color she liked so she called Sherman Oaks Acura not only did they have what we wanted. After leasing two Acuras I will never get another one again. I had a 2021 RDX A Spec. I love that car. Gave me now issues. I traded it in for the 2024 ZDX. Big mistake. The keyless entry does work. The brakes failed while I was going down hill and ended up sliding through a red light, and the car hits the breaks hard out of nowhere where WHILE driving.
