Acura washed my car and they damaged the paint on my car and at first they did not want to take responsibility but I told that they took pictures of the car when it first arrived then they admitted it but was told that they would have their detail guy fix it and I said no. Then I spoke to store manager and was told that I was misinformed and that they would be taken to a body shop of their choice. I said that I would take it to my own body shop. I recently purchased a used Audi from Acura of Sherman Oaks and had a great experience. Hovik, Eduard, Mario, and Jeannine (hope I spelled that right) were all incredibly patient, genuine, down to earth and helpful throughout the process. Poor communication, I check via their chat 5 times, and called them the day before to ensure the lease deal showing up on their website is legit, they said yes, please come in, I went driving more than an hour, and then they said we don't have any of the cars with the offer showing up on our website. They went back on their word. At least tell me on the phone when I am explicitly asking the question, that deal may not be there when you come in, or if there are limited cars available and I need to come in asap, if I want one.... read more

Poor community, I check via their chat 5 times, and called them the day before to ensure the lease deal showing up on their website is legit, they said yes, please come in, I went driving more than an hour, and then said we don't have any of those car. They went back on their work. At least tell me on the phone when I am explicitly asking the question, that deal may not be there when you come in, or if there are limited cars available and I need to come asap if I want one. Waste of time
