The worse car buying experience ever encountered. The customer service is terrible! I left very unsatisfied!! Terrible buying experience. Will not recommend anyone here! How does a car have a manufacturing defect and the dealership not know about it before selling it? Shows they don't pay attention to the details of the car. I had the worst experience with this dealer. 1) I gave them many chances to fix issues..NOT done. I would call them, and the person is always in a meeting. 2) They told me the wrong tax amount since I'm from Arizona. Didn't tell me till I drove 4 hours to get there. 3) Put add-ons to the car at triple the price then they paid. 4) The stolen location add-on doesn't work because the code is wrong. EDITED TO ADD AFTER DEALER REPLY - Due to your attitude and run around, paired with your team admitting fault as well as offering compensation which you revoked before hanging up on me I would never speak with you again. You are not a good customer service individual, are very rude and condescending and I do not think anyone should do business with someone like you, sir. Horrible experience. They lie and put incorrect responses to these reviews. I deleted my last one because I didn’t want the back and forth. They are condescending towards women. Take your business to other Acura dealers.
