As an update: this morning, Acura of Sherman Oaks response to me was they would like for me to call them so that they could try to resolve this and schedule the repair that was needed now the response says the recalls are taking too long and backing up their service, but hope that they will be able to get back to normal repairs shortly. I took my car to a different Acura dealership this morning. They were able to fix my recall in one hour. In mid march 2025, I was excited about look6at the the ADX. I was introduced to Rohan and we test drove the ADX. The color was too "bright " and I wanted the ADX Aspec Advance. Over the next couple of weeks Rohan stayed in touch, I subsequently test drove the RDX with Technology package. We tried to put a deal together but the numbers were not in my favor.
