I’ve been coming here regularly for abt 2 months now, and have noticed improvements in muscle tightness in my lower back and upper body as well as a significant relief in nasal congestion. I have a lot of hip tightness from long distance running, and acupuncture has relieved many of my symptoms. I turned to acupuncture after trying a lot of different therapies, and this seems to be highly effective! Dr Alex is also very nice and will answer any questions you have thoroughly.

Dr. Henriques is exceptional at what she does, kind, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. The treatments she used for my knee felt like magic; I was able to return to my college sport (bowling) with no pain or discomfort. I’m truly grateful for her help, and it’s a bonus that she’s also my cousin!
