After just a few sessions I have noticed significant improvement in my lower back pain. It’s quite amazing, especially as these treatments are the only thing I am presently doing to alleviate pain- PT was too painful! I have also noticed less bloating, which hopefully also means less inflammation. A thorough and holistic approach is taken to your overall health.

I first started coming to Acupunk because I was having some blood pressure issues caused by a really tough few months and knew I needed a serious mind and body reset. I was also dealing with some chronic shoulder and neck pain. I already had experience with acupuncture and knew that it really helps a lot with relaxation so I wanted to try anything possible before considering taking any medication. After just one appointment, I already saw a significant improvement. Along with making a few other pretty small lifestyle and die... read more

As I continue my TTC journey I am beyond grateful to her for the advice and treatment she’s provided me. She is super comforting and I always look fo... read more

I've been seeing Alex for the past two months, focusing on PCOS, stress, bloating, and inflammation. From my very first session, I noticed how welcoming and kind Alex is, always making me feel at ease. Not only does she create a peaceful and relaxing environment, but she also takes the time to educate me about acupuncture and answers all of my questions with patience and care. Since starting my treatments, I've felt significant improvements in my overall relaxation and well-being. I’ve even noticed my vagus nerve being more ... read more
