Alex is the best - i have been going to Acupunk for almost 2 years to help mitigate shoulder, foot, and back pain. When im pain free i still like to go for general wellness. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alternative wya to deal with nagging muscle and joint issues.
Dr. Alex and her staff are amazing. Dr. Alex is so easy to talk to and very understanding. When I told her the results of my blood test, she quickly went to research what could have caused it. I travel one hour to see her because she’s the one who introduce me to acupuncture and it’s so peaceful to be under her care. I know there are acupuncture offices near me, but nothing beats a caring and understanding doctor. I 1000% recommend her.
I highly recommend the treatments provided at Acupunk NYC (including acupuncture, cupping, massage). These treatments have provided relief to years of chronic neck pain, headaches, and limited motion after an accident and overdoing athletics in my youth. I have tried physical therapy, medicines, and traditional massages but none of them compare to the life changing benefits from the well-thought out and gracefully implemented treatment plans provided by Dr. Alex and her staff.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Henriques for the past four months for oncology-related acupuncture, and she has been an integral part of my healing journey.
