I have been seeing Yana for acupuncture and she is absolutely amazing. Her energy is so zen and calming, she’s a good listener, and I always feel very comfortable in her space. I underestimated the healing powers acupuncture!!! I mainly went to Yana out of curiosity. Little did I know she would help me so much with my anxiety and stress levels, inflammation in my body, better sleep, and overall better mood. Yana is the most thorough acupuncturist I have been to. And the treatment is deep and effective. I'm very pleased with her methods and she also does facial acupuncture to help with appearance which is always a win :). She is very professional and compassionated and I felt held and understood. I noticed a shift in my overall energy quite quickly. She also has in depth knowledge about chinese medicine, diet etc so her expertise is wide. I cannot recommend her services enough. Best acupuncturist in the St. George area.

I booked the facial, it includes some body acupuncture as well. It was lovely, very relaxing! Best of all, the deep wrinkles of forehead are so much smoother now! Highly recommend.
I had my first treatment with Jana. I found her to be very knowledgeable and she really listened to me and gave me good advice. I noticed relief from my pain right away. Looking forward to my next appointment.
