I had an overall positive experience with this acupuncture provider. Jonathan was thorough, took the time to explain everything in detail, and provided helpful recommendations for follow-up care. The treatment itself was great. However, the billing process was very confusing. Despite receiving an Explanation of Benefits from my insurance stating I owed nothing, I was later billed an out-of-pocket amount due to differences between what the provider charged and what insurance covered.
