Completely unprofessional environment. I booked a 60min full body massage. I arrived to my appointment 15min early. Once I checked in the front desk lady runs me to a room. Yes runs. She puts me in a room tells and tells me to lie on my stomach. She comes back into the room that’s when i realize wait is this lady on a call. Turns out she was on a personal call while having her phone on speaker. She offers me free acupuncture, which I thought was odd but ok I’ll run with it. Best Massage! This place is nice inside it’s a relaxing atmosphere. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. They are very nice and friendly . I was in lots of pain when I went there and I left with all my pain gone.

We booked a couples massage and when we got there we were told a lady came in late so they could take one of us first. We ended up in separate rooms with our massages starting 50 minutes apart (so I had to wait 50 minutes to go inside and my girlfriend had to wait 50 minutes for my massage to end to leave) and that was not communicated to us at all upfront, otherwise we would've rebooked. I recommend making an appointment. They have very nice,relaxing clean rooms. The staff are all excellent at medium and deep tissue, which is what we choose. Prices are exceptional, and they also offer acupuncture. But you need to book in advance to make sure that specialist is in. They offer weekly appointments if you wish to be a regular. I recommend this place.
