This was my first experience with accupuncture, as I had been referred by my chiropractor. I had about 8 sessions before I moved and wish I could have brought her with me! Though I didn't expect the sessions to be relaxing during, i often found myself in exquisite deep napping state! ( this never happens in real life for me) Cynthia takes her time at the beginning of each session to track progress and explain the eastern philosophies that may be relatable, which was helpful as I would learn and make healthier choices.
