I had several acupuncture sessions with Heather Reade last year over a period of three/four months and I really enjoyed my treatment with her. Heather was warm, welcoming and patient from the very first moment I met with her. Wow yes acupuncture does work if you get the best qualified teacher called Heather. I have been struggling so bad with anxiety and stress and I gave acupuncture a go so pleased I did as its helped me so much. I was having such bad thoughts and I would of given anything a chance because I was in such a dark place. Heather talked me through it all and at the end of my first session I felt so much better. I've booked another session next week as I am now a believer. I owe my life to Heather thank you so much x

I knew Heather as my Tai Chi teacher and had listened to her talking about her Chinese Medicine Course. Last October (2022) I got up one morning to find I had trigger finger. Just like that! I couldn’t straighten it by opening my hand and physically opening it was uncomfortable. One visit to my GP resulted in a referral to hospital but with a warning that it would be a long wait.
