I called this morning and unfortunately there were no appointments available, however, Jack asked my symptoms and took my number and told me he'd called if there were any cancellations. I got a call from jack at 5.50pm asking if I had been booked in anywhere, when I told him I hadn't, he told me to come up and that he would stay on late to see me. He really helped with my back issue, It immediately felt better after the appointment. Highly recommend this clinic, thanks

I’m so happy I found the practice for my very first acupuncture session. I came with severe back pain, and from the beginning, Jack walked me through everything with such care and attention. I visited Jack twice for treatment. The first session, which he can only describe as "miserable," came at a time when I was under severe stress that was affecting both my sleep and nervous system.
