I had an appointment and had to cancel cause my son got sick. I called 4 more times to reschedule and they would never answer me back. As soon as I couldn't do one they just wrote me off. Very rude. Very disappointed
I was diagnosed with bell’s palsy on July 6th, 2026. I did research on what could help and i found this clinic and they were able to see me that same week on Saturday, July 11th with a consultation and start my first session. I was coming 3 times a week and given herbs to take to help. every week i would see small changes which was a relief. I had leg pain for a couple years and Dr. Chan was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. The office staff was friendly and welcoming from check in to check out. One thing I really appreciated was that they always answer the phone, which made scheduling all my follow up appts so much easier. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice.
