Heather took me through a thorough intake and asked questions that helped me identify what I was experiencing. Although dealing with some symptoms I wanted to focus on general restoration of balance and well being and she completely understood where I was coming from..a system rather than symptom focus. I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for 6 months, I've been to the podiatrist, got new orthotics, new sneakers, done exercises, rolled it over a frozen water bottle -- you get it--I have tried just about everything with little to no relief. The array of offerings in the lower level is an added benefit of services. From reflexology to sound healing there is something for everyone here. The entire team is incredibly supportive of whatever your needs may be! Highly, highly recommend you stop in and book a regular treatment. Your energy will thank you :)
A&H on 6A is wonderful! I've been seeing Deb weekly for over a month now and I don't think I could miss a week without her acupuncture treatments, her knowledge, kindness, expertise and warmth.
