I have been living with anxiety for most of my life and I am 63 years old now. It has become severe now and I refer to it as chronic daily anxiety. I chose to address my consistent lower back and muscle strains through acupuncture because physical therapy doesn’t work for me long term. Stefanie was very helpful in guiding me on what she was doing for my first ever treatment and I am grateful for this experience! I am going back for consecutive treatments and feel my body reacting differently in a more positive direction. I highly recommend this local establishment!
First time doing Accupuncture, a terrific experience. Stefanie was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She explained each step and why she was doing it. The facility was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend the service to anyone interested. I will absolutely be returning.
Stefanie is the best! I never thought I’d be one to frequent an acupuncture clinic but now I’m a loyal client. She provides better care and listens to me more than all my western healthcare providers and makes me feel so validated and heard. I have celiac and IBS and she helps me manage my symptoms as I travel frequently for work which often messes up my gut health and balance. She keeps me feeling tip top and makes me finally not feel crazy. Loving her monthly care option, too!
