I've been seeing Stefanie for acupuncture for a few months now and highly recommend her practice. She listens to your concerns and has such insight into the body and mind. Stefanie is great! I have only used one other person in my acupuncture journey, so I was so nervous and Stefanie made me feel so at ease. She is very experienced and knowable and she is super sweet! The whole office is so nice and very clean I have not felt this good in a very long time, she also offers Reiki & Energy Balancing which in time I want to try. I am looking forward to our next visit!!
I have been living with anxiety for most of my life and I am 63 years old now. It has become severe now and I refer to it as chronic daily anxiety. This review is longggg overdue. After months of trying to conceive with no luck, I decided to try acupuncture. I found Stefanie and her practice. Stefanie is so calm and reassuring and after only a couple months of acupuncture sessions we were finally pregnant with our little girl who was born this past March. We found out a few months after that I actually have a form of endo which is why it was initially so hard for us to conceive. I chose to address my consistent lower back and muscle strains through acupuncture because physical therapy doesn’t work for me long term. Stefanie was very helpful in guiding me on what she was doing for my first ever treatment and I am grateful for this experience! I am going back for consecutive treatments and feel my body reacting differently in a more positive direction. I highly recommend this local establishment!
