I missed my appointment today. I have Lupus. I am in a flare. I had not left my bed for 2 days. She was NOT empathic and said well, if you reschedule I am going to ask for payment up front. Come on, I am new to this business. Things happen to people. This is not for me. I was not even able to drive there. If this was a repeated experience for her I could see it. But not for a brand new client. Ugh if this is any indication about her empathy towards clients. No way. 👎 Â
