While service is great, they somehow have gotten themselves as eligible for a major health insurance provider, but then confusingly don't allow you to use it at office(?) saying it's based on what the specific provider accepts(?). I was given a 'detailed invoice' that was identical to the non detailed invoice, and directed by AC office to pursue the reimbursement directly from insurance. Insurance won't reimburse since they're listed as in-network. Seems shady. Won't be returning despite the amazing therapy provided.

I left feeling totally scammed. I called for an acupuncture appointment and was scheduled. I was asked to send over my insurance info and said I would when I was near my card. I hadn't had a chance to send and was asked again. I thought that odd since what did it matter if they had it in advance they couldn't bill until after anyway. Well now I get it.
