Had a massage therapy session with Athena. My shoulder hasn't felt this smooth in YEARS. It was so good. It also was oddly reassuring the few times my eyes came open and Athena seemed to be dancing while working with my body.
I've attended events at Land of Light regularly since 2021, including meditation every Sunday. I love the community I've become a part of, so many awesome, caring, authentic people are in my life because of Land of Light!
Truly an amazing place enjoyed the experience thoroughly. I have attended multiple classes and they have all been awesome teachers as well as individuals. Very family friendly.
