After waiting for 2 months for a scheduled new patient phone call to get help with my pain, they only do these calls on Thursdays, I was informed that I am not on their schedule and cannot see the doctor. The doctor decided to take a month off, which is fine, but didn't give me any viable options for being seen earlier. So my 2 appointments were taken off the schedule and now I have to start from the beginning again, by scheduling another new patient phone call and 1st visit. Last October I fell on concrete resulting in a direct blow-injury to my right knee. The orthopedic dr told me it would be approximately 3 months before I would be pain free/healed. I was pain free within 6 weeks after being treated by Dr Chen. She is amazing. Best acupuncture doctor in the area.
I love Dr.Cen...everybody there is very nice....my daughter has autism and love Dr Cen... she is very professional,and make us feel comfortable all the time...Her probiotics are the best help my daughter digestion and I tried lots of brand before and very expensive ones...but nothing's like what she have..we love Dr. Cen...
Dr Cen is very professional and gets the job done. All three members of my family have seen her for ailments ranging from migraine to menopause and joint problems. Highly recommend this facility.
