Absolutely frustrating. I told them my job was on call before scheduling. He had me come in the next day anyway, causing me to rearrange clients to be seen. Did an evaluation and THEN told me they couldn't work with me. (Because I made clear I wasn’t willing to pay a missed fee) That the only way they didn't charge was for a major car accident where someone died. Don't know why he couldn't tell me the day before.
