Maureen was wonderful! I saw her today for the first time and tried acupuncture for the first time as well. I am already feeling like my back and neck are much more released and less tense. I definitely recommend!
I have had acupuncture treatments for many years with various practitioners and many different styles. Maureen outshines them all. She incorporates the best qualities of a practitioner. Maureen has a PHD in acupuncture and many years of experience. She is a well trained bodyworker and intuitive about what and where my body needs help. She is a caring person with a calming spiritual quality. I work with Maureen in the summer at her island practice and look forward to our return every summer for the easing of whatever ails me.
Dr. Tetelman (Maureen) is a true healer. I was experiencing horrible lower back pain just three weeks before my wedding and was in a complete panic. Not only did was she super responsive and able to fit me in same day, but I left feeling less pain and with way less anxiety knowing I was in her care. I continued to see her twice a week leading up to my wedding date and truly credit my being able to wear heels and dance and enjoy the entire weekend to her treatment!
Maureen does amazing work. I booked a session with her to treat a throbbing/burning sensation running down my right bicep. Immediately after the session, the throbbing/burning was gone. She also intuitively found and successfully treated a really tight spot in the upper right side of my back and neck. Thank you Maureen! You have magic healing hands and elbows!
