Alix is a great TCM doctor with full experience and compassion.
They'll key your car if you park in "their" PUBLIC parking spot.
Quite unprofessional. They do a routine of things without a real focus on what you have an issue with. The lady there was trying to assure me of things with "ok, no problem," but obviously it was ignored. Also, I was visiting someone there and that person drove me around. Somehow, they found the spot in front of this business open (they were allowed to park there with a pass), came back to the car during lunch and it was keyed... deeply. Bought a Groupon and had my first cupping session - it was great! The lady who administered the session was very professional, cupping did not hurt at all and was very soothing. In my 30min session, the glass cups were placed on my back for two separate 10min sessions. In between, the lady checked the markings and let me know the areas of concern. Overall a great experience, and it was very quiet in the facility. Their walk-in cupping sessions are $25/30minutes.
