Four years ago, my mom took me to Acupuncture 4 Health for my first acupuncture appointment. I wasn't sick or hurt. She said it was for wellness, but I wasn't thrilled by the idea of getting needles stuck in me for ANY reason, much less "preventatively." But it didn't hurt. In fact, it felt good.
