What a waste of money and time! The massage was AWFUL, and so was the professionalism! I got the 45-minute massage and 45-minute foot massage. I let them know from the very beginning that I needed a deep-tissue massage with a lot of pressure. They don’t speak English very well, but it appeared that they understood what I was saying and that the expectations were clear. That was clearly not the case! I was just called out publicly for not leaving a tip. I didn’t leave a tip because I was pressured into having a second person massage my feet and legs which doubled the price ($150) and frankly both the back and the legs this time wasn’t good. The level of unprofessionalism and the absolute audacity to demand a tip at check out is rude and they just lost a regular customer. FYI, I do normally tip over 20% at this place. A tip is a reflection of the service received. To be entitled to one would make it a fee not a tip.
