I had a great 1 hour body massage by Andy. He was fantastic. I just don't understand why feet are not included in a body massage. I decided to pay for another 30 minutes to have my feet done. Andy did a excellent job on the arches and heels of my feet but barely the balls of my feet and didn't touch my toes. What he did was excellent but $40 for a 30 minute foot massage needs to be your whole foot including toes, please. That's ridiculous not to have toes included in a foot massage.
You need more massage therapists. Making me wait for an hour, leaving me unacknowledged, & prioritizing the ppl behind me was rude & unacceptable.
