Nicole is amazing. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews. Working with Nicole seriously changed my life. She is incredible and is super professional.
Metered parking and massage therapist was at least 15 min late. Massage wasnt the greatest either. Not a relaxing experience at all.
Took her days to schedule me then when we finally had an appointment she canceled but never called me back to reschedule. She then gave me another appointment after I reached out to her several times. I drove 30 mins to get to her, waited for 15 min at the building's entrance (which was locked) in the cold, called and texted her- no response. FYI I'm 37 weeks pregnant (and she is aware of this). The massage therapist is very unprofessional. Her voice mailbox is always full. It takes her days to respond to appointment requests by text. She ran half an hour late when I saw her and I had to cut my massage time because I was parked at a metered parking. Then she talked the whole time about personal issues. Will definitely not recommend.
