Poor, unprofessional service. Ken was vulgar on the phone and in person. The work he provided had mistakes in the header with the wrong address that he refused to resolved and during communication, he refused to fix it. I do not recommend his services to anyone. Furthermore he was hired to do measurements and there were inconsistencies to other sketches such that the layout were inaccurate one of the features.
He was very professional and knowledgeable. Completed the appraisal quickly and helped out in other ways to market my home. I would highly recommended working with him again.
