Extremely rough! I told the lady multiple times to be gentle, but she kept pressing me in such painful ways that I couldn't even breathe on the massage bed. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted 50 dollars at this place. Horrible. Never coming again. When I told her that she was being too rough, she said "No pain, no gain". And she kept burping throughout the session. So unprofessional and so rude. Listen to your client when they ask you to be softer! Scam of a place.
No star rating The lady kept farting in the room and when I made a complaint she could not speak English . Would not go back here again .
Terrible experience today. I asked the massage therapist more than 3 times during the massage that the pressure was too hard which they acknowledged however kept the same pressure on. I am bruised from the massage today. Very disappointing.
