Massage was fine, but the post-treatment experience was not. A front desk staff member entered the room without knocking two minutes after my massage ended, said “we need this table,” and rolled her eyes while I was still dizzy and getting up. Jenny was absolutely amazing. She gave the best massage, and I felt so light and relaxed afterward. The pain I had is completely gone, and I walked out feeling refreshed and comfortable. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable massage experience today. I really enjoy getting massages and usually go almost every week, so I have a good sense of what a proper massage should feel like. Unfortunately, this was No.1 worst massages I have ever had. Sadly workers have changed unprofessional bad massage experience
Had always had a great experience here. A little disappointed today. Massage was substandard & treatment time was calculated from when I arrived at the front desk and ended when I was paying. Paid for a 40 minute treatment when in fact only received 30mins.
