I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with acupuncturist Eric Lee at Acupedics Acupuncture Clinic on 12/05/2023. Despite having an appointment scheduled for 10 AM, I was met with an unanticipated situation that I believe warrants the attention. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a cleaning staff member, but there was no sign of any medical personnel, including Eric Lee. Great service at a good price. I drive all the way from Ventura County to get worked on by Eric. It's worth the long drive every time.
Eric is the man to go see for anything soft-tissue related. I go to him anytime I have any muscle, tendon, or related issues and he’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s unfortunate that Western medicine doesn’t embrace this style of healing more thoroughly. Can’t recommend this place enough!
My reason for only giving three stars is due to me always calling to schedule an appointment and never getting my call answered.
