If I could leave 0 stars I would. Christopher Acuna is, without question, the most unprofessional attorney my family and I have ever dealt with. Throughout our experience, he demonstrated a complete lack of communication and failed to uphold the services outlined in our contract. Acuna Law Offices did not respond to repeated phone calls, emails, or text messages requesting updates on our case. Months went by without a single reply—not from him or anyone else at the firm. Terrible experience. Chris accepted my case right away, but he did NOTHING. He will gladly take your money and not respond to you or do anything to help in any way. He does not care about his clients at all. He doesn’t answer any of your questions or explain the process of what’s next/moving forward. If you want a lawyer to actually listen to you and help he is not the one. But he will take your thousands of dollars no problem. I would give 0 stars if I could because of the stress and horrendous outcomes he has caused.
