I’ve been seeing Karina over the last 5 months during my pregnancy journey. She’s helped me manage and survive the first trimester trenches (including horrendous nausea!), assisting now during the second trimester with sleep issues and other needs and I’m excited for her support during my last trimester in preparation for birth.
