Purchased a dining set ~ within months the seats are torn. The company switched distributors likely due to poor quality and production however the manager at Acular after committing to replace the chairs could not get a credit from Ashley furniture so he continued to blow us off- hung up on me continuously when I called to follow up on the matter stating "he is becoming emotional and unable to talk?????"
