I visited Helena after a Dr's visit for knee pain and being told its just wear and tear and to take panadol and lose weight (I'm a healthy size 12) lol! Well Helena was amazing, she listens, is empathetic, takes her time and also very knowledgeable and professional. After my first session my pain improved and I felt other benefits as well like improved sleep and more relaxed. I'm still seeing her and cannot recommend her highly enough 🙏
Helena is an incredibly experienced and warm practitioner. I started going to her for thyroid and stress support. I’d never tried acupuncture before but Helena put me at ease and after just a few weeks the improvement was incredible.
